We are a meet/greet club that meets once a month in a hotel ball room and we are in Waterloo,Ia. If spending the nite and getting a room, the rate is 59.95 + tax. This event is NOT a fuck fest it is a way to meet other like minded people from all walks of live.
By attending a dance you are required to do nothing but come have a good time with us meeting new friends and enjoying the dance floor and music.
We offer a 12 foot table full of food and munchies,we also provide soda and bottled water, cash bar on sight provided by the hotel.
We are very discreet as to who attends and NEVER EVER give out names or your personal infomation, and this info is required from everyone.

We have dances that get couple mingling with each other(feather dance) and fun games, with lots of laughs and prizes.
We are over a year old and just getting better each month.
We require NO MEMBERSHIP cost so you dont feel that you have to come, cause we WANT you to attend cause its fun.

L'Sota
L'Sota is an upscale swing club that was founded in 1989 offering a discreet, safe and secure setting for couples and single females to meet other like minded adults and explore their sexuality. Unlike Meet & Greets, L'Sota's Dance Blast Socials are held in motel/hotel settings. Everyone that is in the ballroom or in the Hospitality and Group Suites after the dances are all associtaed with L'Sota. All like-minded adult couples and singles are always warmly welcomed.
All L'Sota Dance Blasts begin at 7:30 pm and concludes at 11:00 pm when the Hospitality and Group Suites open for mingling and group party pleasures. The party concludes at 3:00 am. New couples and singles to L'Sota must attend a pre-dance orientation that gets underway at 5:30 pm.
L'Sota hosts Dance Blast Socials in the Quad Cities area as well as Play Nights in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.
Due to the discretion of L'Sota, only those that are L'Sota members or who have purchased a "Dance Pass" may have the location. Locations of functions change as we do utilize more then one. We do this to keep those that only desire to "see" away.

No one is ever permitted to enter any of the ballrooms or other L'Sota areas of a facility that is not a L'Sota member or holding a "Dance Pass". This is much different then Meet & Greets or other clubs where it's open to bartenders, the general public or others not involved in the Lifestyle. L'Sota is a truly adult "Meet & Greet" with the advantage of "meeting" and actually being able to play by simply going to your room. L'Sota is totally geared toward couples and single females that do not desire the hassle of being placed on display or viewed by those not fully associated with the Lifestyle.

Midwest Retreats is a club for couples in the swinging lifestyle, located in central Iowa. We try to provide a secure atmosphere for couples to meet and get to know each other, in the hope that you will find other couples who share your interests both in the lifestyle and in everyday life. Our parties are afternoon events and evening dances, held once a month at a local hotel and including a post-dance hospitality suite for further socializing. Many couples also reserve rooms for an overnight stay, which enables them to get together privately if they choose to do so. To encourage both sexy dancing and social interaction between our members, we have a large dancing area with great dance music. Unlike other clubs, which focus on creating a high-tech dance club atmosphere, we make sure we play music that encourages everyone to dance, yet still allows you to carry on a conversation. Information about the parties is mailed to members each month, about two weeks prior to the dance.

It is important to realize that Midwest Retreats does not encourage indiscreet activity. Our host couples believe that everyone in the lifestyle should have a fun and sensuous atmosphere in which to get to know other couples, a place where erotic activity and dress are supported and encouraged in a private, safe, and discreet environment. We encourage all members to explore the lifestyle at their own pace, and we are always available to answer questions and provide support.
Simply put, we are a club that is dedicated to offer a safe place for couples to go to meet with other couples with possibly similar interest. People who are interested in the lifestyle usually have no idea how to start. They believe there are other people out there in the world with similar ideas, but how do they find them or meet them. Where do they get their questions answered?

We have found that the best way is through organized events such as clubs or conventions located all over the USA and many others across the world. We have talked to hundreds of people that began their journey in the Lifestyle by answering ads in magazines or by other means such as the internet. We all laugh at the awkward way that we all began. Concerning the magazines and web sites, the problem is that most of these are not run by people in the Lifestyle. These people are out there just to make a fast buck. We have always felt that it is single men that support these more than couples.
Many people have asked over a period of time, why in the world would we want to get involved in an expensive, time consuming, frustrating activity that is "all work and no play". We have wondered that many times ourselves.

We began and continue Midwest Retreats to provide a safe, private club for discerning adult couples. We promote opportunities for friendship, mutual respect, opportunities to discuss and actualize frankly similar interests in a screened "country club" atmosphere. Real friendships that continue over the years are probably the most enduring aspect. We have come to know the most wonderful people that we would never have known in any other setting.

This club came into being after years of attending clubs and conventions all over the USA. We found a distinct need in central Iowa for this type of organized, private meeting place, and run by concerned adults. The MAIN PURPOSE is to enjoy people, form friendships, promote mutual respect and allow freedom of expression in a safe setting. Couples want and need a classy, private, safe environment in which they can meet, socialize, share ideas with others of like mind. They don't want a loud, sleazy, unsafe, public setting, perhaps with excessive drinking or rowdyness. Nor do they want to have to associate with the general public in order to meet each other. They also don't want the typical bar setting where there were many men hanging out, hoping for an opportunity. They don't want to meet in a public location, only to have to go somewhere else at the last minute. Historically, it was very difficult to meet others with similar interests. There were no organized clubs. There were very loosely organized meetings at public bars. It could also take a long time to find other compatible couples who were willing to be honest , open to friendship and with no "agendas" in which only a very selfish motive was involved. Magazines and private ads were not always up to date and many were anything but honest.

The advent of the internet became and is a two edged sword. It is much easier to meet multiples of people in less that an hour. But, many people are on the "net" strictly to satisfy their own fantasies, without having to meet face to face. Many people who are very anti-social find their fulfillment in either titillating or aggravating other people on the "net". People many times on the "net" have great difficulty in "being cool". They want to broadcast everything they know to everyone who will listen. They enjoy childish gossiping. This creates a need for people with motives in the right place to screen through countless numbers of people to find others with similar desires.
